Dr. Noble joined Southern Orthopedic Specialists, P.A. in mid-July of 2001. Dr. Noble is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician who has completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine. Dr. Noble earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He then graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia.

Dr. Noble completed his residency in family practice at the University of Alabama Birmingham in Huntsville, Alabama. He has completed a one-year fellowship in Sports Medicine at the same location in July of 2001. He practices family medicine and also treats non-operative sports injuries. Dr. Noble is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice for both Sports Medicine and Family Practice.

Born and raised in New York, Dr. White received a B.S. from the State University of New York and a Masters Degree from the City University of New York at Queens College. he attended Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1988. White at Life College, Dr. White was the president of his class, vice president of the Student Government Association, and served as editor for " Life Force", the student newspaper.

After Graduating from the Life Chiropractic College, Dr. White associated with Dr. Joe Teal in Dallas, Georgia for 1 year. He then relocated to Panama City Beach, Florida in 1989 and has been practicing on the beach since then. Dr. White is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the florida Chiropractic Association and the Florida Chiropractic Society.
